Active Fiber TechnologyTM
[AFT] is a Patent pending Terry Towelling process which
results in superior capillary action, the very basis of
absorbency in a towel.
Our textile technologists after several years
of R&D have created a Patent pending process by which
each individual yarn blossoms into 200 active fibre loops
during the manufacturing process.
By physically creating one giga active fibre loops per
10 square metre, Active Fiber Technology™ enables
formation of 150 times more number of active fibre loops
compared to any conventional terry towel.
Each of these loops become active capillaries sucking in
water from the surface of the skin, resulting in a super
absorbent towel. The same technology makes the 3E towel
bulkier resulting in a softer and loftier towel.
The Extra long staple cotton (ELS cotton) used ensures
that the 3E towels have very low linting.
